Hongli Technology Dual System Safety Training
Jiangyin Hongli Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd., under the guidance of the security inspection department and leaders of Qingyang Park and the strong support of Wuxi Kean Company, held a "Special Safety Knowledge Training for Hongli Technology's Dual System Construction" meeting at 1:00 p.m. on August 25, 2021 in the lobby on the first floor of Hongli Technology's administrative building. The leaders attending the meeting included Mr. Lu Xiaoyong, General Manager of Hongli Technology, Mr. Ma Shigen, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Li Wenqing, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Sun Wenling, Head of the Safety Team, and Mr. Chen Guoyan, Chief Engineer of Wuxi Kean.
The meeting of the dual system safety training kicked off with all the employees of Hongli Technology singing the majestic national anthem "March of the Volunteers".
The safety training meeting was hosted by Sun Wenling, the production safety team leader. After announcing the venue discipline and introducing the theme of the meeting, Mr. Lu Xiaoyong, the general manager of Hongli Technology, spoke: He first expressed the importance and attitude of the company's leadership to safety, and then General Manager Lu focused on analyzing and pointed out that "the construction of production safety and dual control system is also called the dual prevention mechanism system. The dual prevention mechanism is divided into two aspects: safety risk classification control and accident hazard investigation and management." He also pointed out that "a responsible enterprise must be a safe enterprise. Without safety, there is nothing. Our company will be approved as a high-tech enterprise by the end of the year, which means that Hongli Technology is about to enter a new milestone. So Hongli people must be prepared to welcome a better future."
Finally, General Manager Lu put forward four requirements for all Hongli people to strengthen safety awareness, eliminate safety accidents and improve production efficiency:
- All employees should change their concepts and attach great importance to the importance of safe production.
- The workshop should be rectified. From the workshop director, safety team members to the team leaders at all levels, the safety production responsibility areas should be clearly divided and the responsibilities should be assigned to individuals. The existing problems should be summarized and solved every month. In line with the principle of "rewarding the advanced and promoting the backward", we should work together to manage.
- A strict safety management system should be introduced, rewards and penalties should be clearly defined, and the system should be strictly implemented to effectively eliminate safety hazards.
- The alarm bell should be sounded at the morning meeting every day to remind all employees to pay attention to safety precautions.
After General Manager Lu finished his speech, Chen Guoyan, Chief Engineer of Kean, launched a training on the construction of the dual system. He explained in detail the five major points of attention and protection that are closely related to the personal safety of employees.
- "Basic rights for safe production": ① The right to receive safety knowledge training before taking up the post ② The right to refuse illegal commands and forced risky operations ③ The right to know and make suggestions for safe production ④ The right to stop work and evacuate in an emergency ⑤ The right to criticize, report and accuse safety management ⑥ The right to enjoy work-related injury insurance and compensation for casualties;
- "Basic obligations for safe production": ① Comply with rules and regulations and obey management ② Correctly wear and use labor protection equipment ③ Participate in training and master safe production skills ④ Report potential accidents in a timely manner;
- "Five safety prohibitions": ① Do not wear work clothes and are not allowed to enter the production workshop ② Do not wear a safety net or a safety belt for high-altitude operations ③ Do not wear high heels, slippers, or barefoot to enter the workshop or work ④ Do not drink during working hours and do not work after drinking ⑤ Materials used for high-altitude operations are not allowed to be thrown away casually;
IV. "Safety Operation Guidelines": ① The power switch cannot be used for multiple purposes ② Mechanical equipment cannot be used without perfect safety protection devices ③ The crane cannot be hoisted without command and the landing point cannot be seen clearly ④ Mechanical equipment cannot be operated with defects ⑤ Smoking is not allowed in fire-proof restricted areas;
V. "Six Disciplines for Safe Production": ① When entering the workshop, you must wear a hat, work clothes, and use labor protection supplies correctly ② Various electric mechanical equipment must have reliable safety grounding and lightning protection devices before they can be started ③ People who do not understand electrical appliances and machinery are strictly prohibited from using and playing with electromechanical equipment ④ For suspended operations at a height of more than two meters, those without safety facilities must wear safety helmets, fasten safety belts, and buckle safety hooks ⑤ When working at height, it is not allowed to throw materials, tools and other objects down ⑥ Non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the hoisting area, and people are not allowed to stand under the handle.
Chief Engineer Chen Guoyan gave a specific explanation based on the current situation of Hongli Technology's workshop, and used "live bloody" cases to show the serious consequences of uncivilized operations such as electricity, gas, hoisting, and climbing that endanger life. The bloody scenes deeply touched the hearts of Hongli employees, and they also learned from the need to increase safety precautions to the need to deeply understand the necessity of safe operations. They must not be careless and all operations must comply with the regulations.
